Workshop Bui Division: CAWAS in collaboration with SNWOT to foster social cohesion amidst COVID-19

CAWAS in collaboration with SNWOT organized a workshop on 29/07/2020 to foster social cohesion amidst COVID-19 in Bui Division, the objective of this workshop was to train grassroots women in Bui Division on the role of women in peacebuilding , ways to restore peace in their communities. Equally 10 women from Bui Division were trained on Covid-19 by competent facilitators on signs and symptoms, measures in combating the spread of Covid-19, production of hand sanitizer, proper use of face mask and proper demonstration of handwashing. The workshop was quite interactive with safety measures taken into consideration of social distancing, provision of handwashing materials, provision of face masks and logistics all put in place at the right time.
